Pioneering M&E Excellence in East Africa
Violet Consulting was founded with a clear purpose: to bridge the gap between data and development impact. Starting as a small team of passionate M&E professionals in Nairobi, we have grown into a trusted partner for organisations across East Africa and beyond.
Our journey has been defined by a commitment to rigour, innovation, and genuine partnership. We've had the privilege of working with leading international NGOs, bilateral donors, UN agencies, and government institutions on programmes spanning health, education, agriculture, governance, and humanitarian response.
Today, with over 50 projects completed across 12 countries, we continue to push the boundaries of what's possible in monitoring, evaluation, and learning — always with the goal of generating evidence that changes lives.
